Return Merchandise Authorization

At Kaplan Early Learning Company, our mission is to offer high-quality products that champion learning through play.

In the case that Kaplan's products do not meet your learning needs, you may choose to return them. Please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request below to begin the return process. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee may apply.

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed.

Our Guarantee

Kaplan guarantees your complete satisfaction with each purchase. If there is an issue with any unused product, contact us within 30 days to return, and we will offer a full refund, credit, or exchange.

Damaged Shipments

Kaplan takes responsibility for any products damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us immediately to report your receipt of any damaged items. We will send a replacement and arrange for the return of the damaged items as soon as it is brought to our attention.


Kaplan seeks to provide quality products for long-lasting play. If a Kaplan product proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item. Some products are also covered by extended manufacturer's warranties. Electronic items such as computers, tablets, interactive tablets, interactive whiteboards, printers, cameras, etc. are only covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
